Markelle & Stephanie Ballard previously worked in the healthcare field as a social worker and a housekeeping manager, while working Uber part-time to assist their youngest son with grad school. Over time both talked about the many horror stories and safety concerns that exist within Uber. They both found joy in assisting clients daily, helping people has always been their passion. 

Upon contemplating on beginning a transportation business, they received confirmation from their spiritual father, confirming their desire to start their own transportation company. They worked tirelessly with the help of family and friends obtaining credentials and learning the business and within 2 months they were incorporated and had acquired their first vehicle.
